This comment relates to the portion of the lesson preceding the design challenge. I completely agree with the observation.

Members of two partner groups tried to compress their filters because they thought that the water was filtering too slowly.  This possibility had not occurred to me. Going forward, lesson learned—next time, I will address this directly.
